For too long Nevadans have had to endure a rising cost of living without much deserved relief. As a self made businessman who ascended from the depths of poverty, Christian understands what it's like to struggle to put food on the table. It doesn’t have to be like this and politicians should stop pointing the finger at the other side without looking inward; Nevadans suffer while politicians play games.

Nevada needs sensible tax policy to help fund many of the investments regular Nevadans deserve. With that said, we are not able to print money forever; today America is wrestling with an inflation problem, compounded by overspending and global conflict. We can build a better future together by partnering with businesses looking to invest in a land of limitless potential, Nevada. There is no one better equipped to find those businesses than Christian, he has done it his entire life.

Christian is committed to ensuring the citizens of Nevada are able to find adequate housing as the State continues to work towards growth and development. Christian’s vision for Nevada is one where the federal and local governments strive towards a larger housing market providing Nevadans freedom of choice in finding a place to anchor their lives.

Christian believes that access to affordable housing for the hardworking families of Nevada is incredibly important. Christian stands behind the idea that home ownership is a core part of the American dream and that no hardworking Nevada family should find themselves struggling to achieve it.

Christian’s experience as a successful entrepreneur has shown him that if Nevada wants sustainable growth, it must diversify.

Economy

Nevada is currently experiencing a housing shortage while the vast majority of land in Nevada is federally owned and not readily accessible for development. Nevadans need access to develop these lands to help alleviate the housing crisis. As a problem solver, Christian is prepared to roll up his sleeves, have the hard conversations, and bring everyone to the table. The federal government must strike a deal with our state. Nevadan’s deserve access to build on their land, anything less is unacceptable.

Equally important is fair and affordable housing for the citizens of Nevada. The American dream is that everyone should have the ability to purchase a home to raise their family. In recent years, we watched that dream begin to slip away while political leaders did nothing to address the spiraling cost of living. Through intelligent investment in communities and targeted partnerships with developers, business owners, and other local stakeholders, Christian will ensure the American dream lives on.

Christian recognizes that there needs to be a working relationship between the federal and local government to free up land for use by Nevada developers to help alleviate the housing crisis.

Housing

The devastating effects of climate change are not sparing Nevada. Nevadans are staring down a future of scarce water supplies and eroding lakes. Difficult issues call for unconventional solutions and a willingness to engage in science.

As a baseline, the current path is unsustainable. We need to address our future resource security head on, and prepare our infrastructure to combat the devastating ecological impact of the earth’s heating. Through common sense policy like water conservation, investment in technologies which reduce water expenditure in agriculture, and green alternatives Nevada can guarantee a sustainable future. More importantly, this investment can also create massive job opportunities for local Nevadans who are uniquely qualified and understand the very real necessity to adapt.

Christian is incredibly concerned with the effects of the climate crisis and its impact on the citizens of Nevada. Water security is a top priority for Christian and he will work towards ensuring a sustainable future through a push for policies at the state level that inspire cooperation between states to ensure water is being used efficiently and sustainably.

Christian seeks to promote policies that will make conservation of Nevada’s natural resources, such as the Great Basin. Christian also recognizes that as lake mead reaches the “dead-pool” Nevadans are uniquely at risk of energy insecurity. In an effort to combat this Chrisitian is committed to ensuring that Nevada implements policies to combat the dead-pool and to promote the use of Nevada’s advantageous position to use green energy alternatives such as Wind, solar, and geothermal power.

Environment

As a father of two young school aged children, Christian shares the concerns of Nevadans who are principally concerned with theirs, and their family’s safety. Like other independent minded and concerned citizens, Christian understands that the answer to so many problems that affect us is not through appeal to an extreme, but through compromise.

Nevada deserves a strong, accountable, police department capable of policing our streets and funded to do the job only they can do. Our citizens also deserve an investment in their mental health and well being so that they are not driven to commit violent acts of crime. A decorated bridge builder throughout his entire life, Christian is more than capable of walking the walk and talking the talk. Only through good faith discussions can we, as a community, move forward together for a safer and healthier Nevada.

Christian is committed to exploring initiatives that proactively target crime prevention and intervention. Christian’s vision is one where Nevada citizens are united in standing against crime and promoting public safety.

Public Safety

Christian has embraced a commitment to lifelong learning and has had an unconventional path in his educational journey. Too many people give up on their dreams once they enter the workforce and get trapped into the everyday grind. We need to continue supporting our children but also adults in their pursuit of developing new skills. By investing in local trade schools and centers of higher learning, Nevadans would reap the rewards for years to come, as new industries flock to be a part of our community.

Christian would like to see additional trade schools funded to give people a route to high paying careers that are in high demand. Investing in the strength of our community's ties workforce is a critical component to attracting new industries and jobs.

We need more accountability at all levels. Christian is tired of hearing the blame put on the school system and teachers. As parents we need to do our part. Administrators need to be empowered to hold their staff accountable to focus on providing a quality education.

Christian is a strong believer in schooling, and believes that Nevada’s future lies through the social and scientific education of its children. Nevada public schools must lead in the instruction of science, mathematics, and our wonderful history, while maintaining the trust of the parents and community that has appointed us to help build the future. Only together, through investment in ourselves can we build the tomorrow our children deserve.
