Nevada is currently experiencing a housing shortage while the vast majority of land in Nevada is federally owned and not readily accessible for development. Christian recognizes that there needs to be a working relationship between the federal and local government to free up land for use by Nevada developers to help alleviate the housing crisis. Christian is committed to ensuring the citizens of Nevada are able to find adequate housing as the State continues to work towards growth and development.
